A few amusing reviews of the famous Oxo Tower restuarant. made me laugh anyway!

"One piece of advice: if you've never been there before, you might be a bit put off by the surroundings - sometimes you might find a few rather unattractive-looking hangers-on near the entrance but my advice is just keep your eyes firmly on the front door and before you know it, you'll be safe inside."

Yes, Arthur once very kindly arranged for me to be taken up the Oxo highway but I didn't go in the end. And yes, I've been bummed on several occasions

Al, we all thought you didn't handle the old Oxo Tower situation too well at the time.

Howevver, it seems you had foresight the rest of us lacked - your euphamism-spotting third eye was clearly working beautifully.
