haha those screenshots yeah right. they are identical, how long would it have taken them to get the exact same shot in an action sequence?

multi platform games are going to be pretty similar looking, it's the ps3 exclusives that really and literally shine in HD.

yeah, the screenshots are similar, but if you read the articles you'll see that the frame rate is usually much worse on the ps3. It's all very well saying the exclusives may look great on the ps3 but there's only 2 exclusives that I'm interested in - Wipeout HD and MGS. I'll probably get a PS3 in June for these 2 games. Hopefully the developers will have worked out how to code for it by then.

I have 40 360 games and I'm very happy the ones that are available on both platforms look a load better that the ps3 versions. I'll definately be buying the 360 versions when i have both consoles.

And MS are replacing Paul's 360 with a nice new one for free - sweet!

i've played a few games with frame rate problems i must admit. also there is f**k all to play on it at the minute. i borrowed Burnout but there is nothing i would currently buy.

worth getting one for blue ray anyway now HDDVD has gone the way of the BetaMax.

read a huge bit on GTA IV this month though, can't wait. Sounds amazing.

I accept the point about blu-ray but I haven't bought a dvd in 3 years, I can download HD movies and stream them through the 360, and I also have sky movies and sky box office HD so I don't really think I'm missing out.

Burnout is now only £25 on play....

My GTA has been pre-ordered for nearly a year now, madness. I'm also very much looking forward to the 360-exclusive DLC for it :oP

My Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 has been dispatched as well, and that game will totally rule, the first one is amazing.

can you see the difference changing to the HDMI 360?
