Sebastian Vettel is a legend. Young, brilliant and a genuine inspiration. Kicking Mark Webber's whingeing ass on a regular basis is impressive.

Anyway, out he pops in Q3 with one shot and sticks it on pole.

Guv'nor. Even better - a German guv'nor.

Of course it certainly helped that he only had a sip of fuel in the car, like Alonso. Expect Vettel to come in by lap 10, and Hamilton to come in around lap 20.

He did very well to lead from the front (with no spray in his eyes and the obviously the best set up-car by miles) to get his victory. Well done Red bull for producing a car set-up so much better than anyone else. I was pleased for Vettel because, being such an average driver, it is nice he gets one occassionally to keep him mum and dad happy.

Strategy number 1: Drive carefully and safely, avoiding incidents and staying below the radar.

Result number 1: Fifth.

Strategy number 2: Drive like stink, risking everything with daring overtaking and examples of breathtaking car control. Spin a few times.

Result number 2: Sixth.

The tale of the two McLarens, basically.

Still NOTHING for Ferrari!

Ahh, finally caught up with the race. Very enjoyable. Vettel is a top man. Great drive in the wet.

From sips of fuel to sips of champagne it would seem.
