I like the Guardian. I love the design of the newspaper. And they have a great website. And they have good writers.

But they also have the occasional complete idiot writing for them. Not least Tanya Gold.

Her moronic article about Susan Boyle last week was bad enough, but she goes on to compound this with another rotter about Nazis.

Why does the silly cow keep going to watch Nazi films if she doesn't like them?

I disagree. I read her article about Susan Boyle and I agreed with much of it. The reaction and subsequent over reaction to her was depressing and typical of 'celebrity' Britain. She is a decent singer... but nothing special. But, because she is a bit of a munter, she gets the Merrick treatment. I just hopes she makes a pot of money out of the whole thing.
