I have used both Waitrose Deliver and Ocado and the only differences I noticed apart from the above benefits you mentioned are that the Ocado delivery drivers are mostly scum bags from the local council estate that have a go at you if they can't find your house and crush your shopping. Oh and the Waitrose Deliver website is complete pap... But still I don't want scum on my door step.

Hi, just stumbled on this from the link in one of your emails and thought I'd comment as I know a thing or two about online delivery ;-). Allegedly the reason the Ocardo service is so good because they make a loss, they've not managed to make it a viable business...yet. You really should try Sainsbury's again though, they've worked hard at your 3 grips, availability is around 96% (or so I hear...)
